How we work together
It starts with our first phone call. I work with clients where we are a good fit.
If I'm not the right coach for you, or I think you aren't ready to be coached, I'll be honest.
Who I Work With
I coach a handful of clients in order to support you fully.
Along with your sessions, you'll have access to me by email for ongoing support.
Yes, you may feel apprehensive about the coaching you're going to have. That's okay. I understand that.
But you should be ready to be committed. That means being open to changes in behaviour and mindset.
If you're half-hearted or don't put in the work between sessions, you won't see so many benefits.
The last thing we both want is for you to say, 'Coaching didn't work for me'.
What Happens in a Coaching Session
The First Step
You'll receive my Clarity and Vision Questionnaire - a 12-page questionnaire.
I read this before we talk, get my head around who you are and what you want, and prepare for your session.
Your Coaching Experience
You'll set the pace, but I'll identify any blocks in your thinking or behaviour that hold you back.
You'll now be ready to start making changes. Goal-setting exercises and templates will be part of this.
Many clients find the Clarity and Vision Package is all they need. Others continue with several sessions.
At the outset, I'll suggest a guide to how long your coaching might take.
Fees
Online fees shown.
Face-to-face sessions (limited availability) are in central Hitchin, private office, free on-site parking.
There is an extra charge to cover my travelling time.
Contact me for your initial discussion.

Our session really helped me focus on the right priorities for me, and gave me the confidence to hold some difficult conversations and put my new action plan in to place. I feel like a different person from the one that met Glynis just last week - what a difference 7 days can make!
