Relationships
You want to have happier relationships.
Sometimes things don't go according to plan - with your partner,
or friends, or family, or colleagues.
Coaching can be a powerful and effective alternative to counselling.
Counselling is great for some people at some point in their lives.
But coaching helps you take action and make real changes.
- You have just come out of a relationship and feel a bit lost.
- You need help to leave something behind that's not working.
- You want to work on reconciliation.
- You have a difficult situation with family or colleagues.
- You feel isolated, need more friends or a better social life.
- You lack confidence or assertiveness in your relationships.
How I can help you
Through asking the right questions, I will help you unravel what you can do to make changes in a relationship.
Friends sometimes hold back for fear of saying something wrong. Or maybe it's too personal to share.
I won't judge you no matter what's going on. I won't advise you either.
But I will help you to understand what's at the core of your unhappiness.
We can devise a plan so you can work on your own behaviour.
Former clients' experiences
My clients have found the confidence to leave marriages where they were abused, repaired marriages after separation, dealt with relationship breakdown, discovered how to live happily while single or starting again, and learned to deal with difficult colleagues.
Dyslexia, Asperger's and ASD
If your relationships are struggling because you, or someone you are involved with, has any of these some insight through coaching may help. I'm trained and experienced in working with clients with dyslexia and associated conditions.
