Everyone wants to have happier relationships with their partner, friends,
family and colleagues.
Sometimes things don't go according to plan.
You may not be connecting well with people or there could be conflict.
Maybe you have just come out of a relationship.
Maybe you need help to leave something behind that's not working.
Maybe you want to work on reconciliation.
These are all real examples of what I've worked on with my clients.
How I can help you
Through asking the right questions, I will help you unravel what's going wrong in a relationship.
Friends sometimes hold back for fear of saying something wrong. Or maybe it's too personal to share.
I won't judge you no matter what's going on. I won't advise you either.
But I will help you to understand what's at the core of your unhappiness.
We can devise a plan so you can work on your own behaviour and achieve the outcome you want.
Why not have counselling?
Many of my relationship clients have had counselling already or decided it's not what they need.
Counselling is good for some people.
But coaching is about finding solutions. Practical solutions where you give yourself goals and timescales.
Develop your confidence so you can talk about your feelings. Or find the courage to make significant changes.
Former clients' experiences
Some of my clients have found the confidence to leave marriages where they were abused, repaired marriages after separation, discovered how to live happily while single or starting again, and learned to deal with difficult colleagues.
Dyslexia, Asperger's and ASD
If your relationships are struggling because you, or someone you are involved with, has any of these some insight through coaching may help. I'm trained and experienced in working with clients with dyslexia and associated conditions.
